Concentrate on English during the weekday and do art drawing on the weekend.

Believe it or not....it is very possible for you to be the center at balance with all these activities. The only way is for you to be able to monitor everything equally and stay on top of all your responsiblities is by beginning the daily practice of "Centering yourself". Some say take yoga and that is great.....but this practice of Centering yourself 3 to 5 times absolutely everyday will make you the center of the universe thus enabling you to take care of all your activities on time without feeling the stress.

First, when you wake up in the morning, get out of bed and stretch, I mean really stretch your arms up, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Say self affirmations to yourself like "I am organized and I have everything under control".....do this minimum of 3 times per day and you will not believe the results within a week. What you are doing is "reprogramming/ rewiring" your brain. Action is always followed by thought. Thought is energy in motion. So when you unlearn the "bad habits / or conditioning".....your brain learns to condition itself in a different way thus creating new behavior patterns. I swear just do this for one week with all your energy and your life will change.

good luck.

You could try giving yourself a night to yourself. Dont answer the phone, dont answer the door, just shut yourself in. Take a nice long bath with candles, soft music, and bubbles. When you are done, get into your PJ's and sit down on the couch with your favorite hot drink, and a nice movie or book. It always works for me. Good Luck!

are you able to drop art til next semester then you can focus better on what you really enjoy, and then work on art later. you can also talk to your art teacher and explain the trouble you are having getting the work done on time they may have a suggestion or help you find time somewhere to work on it. Same for your English teacher maybe it is taking you to long to get your English work done and can find more efficient way to get your work done.

Well you need to not stress out, that never helped anyone get anything done sooner or better. Take it as it comes and put your priorities first. Whatever will get you to pass is the main idea. YOu don't need to Ace everything, just pass it

try setting yourself a schedule so that you can relieve some of that stress. It worked for me. Also try getting a good night sleep that will also help you get through the day.
