when i went to start it agian it would not start and it feel like it has no compression can any one help

When it made the popping noise and the water went away, you should have stopped right then, turned it off and had it towed to your mechanic. Now that you have driven it without water, you have over heated the motor, and probably warped the heads. If I remember right, it has aluminum heads. You are now looking at a very expensive repair. It feels like it has no compression mainly because it has no compression. Is it new enough to put a rebuilt engine in? If so, do that. If not you might as well take it to a wrecking yard.

Head gasket or core plug by the sounds of it, Also if you ran it without water you may well of warped the head.

How cold was it and have you got antifreeze in? Did the engine overheat? Could well be a coreplug if the engine has overheated......
