A lot of answers deal with more current history... this region has been in turmoil for a long time prior to post WWII.

The question is for a more global view that ties to the overall history of the region over the last thousand plus years

I have two possible answers to this question. The first being that Im not sure the middle east has more turmoil than other regions,I think maybe we just hear about it more than we hear about other places. Then I thought more...and decided my second answer is best. Religion, Power, and, they are to compact. The drive for power and everyones common beliefs that their way is the only way...wait that might be over two ideas. I really do believe it is because of religion and the drive for power. Maybe its a curse?

...it is not often a representation of the entire center East (4 international locations would not suffice as an analysis). Egypt exchange right into a bad selection, because of the fact they have long previous by way of some severe problems with late, and the U.S. offered no help to them, so it is not outstanding that they don't precisely like us. the different 3 have next to not something to do with us, and it is not outstanding they dislike him because of the fact have been nonetheless battling obtainable. So...why does this advise something?

It depends. Some say it's biblical, others say is simply because of the lack of democracy. The middle-east is about 100 years behind as far as "accepting other people" is concerned. Not so much in the people, but in the laws. When you're taught from an early age that killing is the only way to survive, you start to believe it. When their government hangs people and beheads them for believing different, you start to assume that's how you treat all people who believe different. Not to mention the lack of genuine leadership who are truly out for peace and not their own agenda. Most of the leaders in the middle-east are crazy (I say most, not all).

BECAUSE ISLAM IS A VIOLENT RELIGION!!!
It's NOT peaceful!
Islam was spread by the sword.
"Convert or die" is their motto.
Do I gotta beat everyone in the head with a mallet?
These people are violent, their religion is violent.
Bottom line.
Call me a racist, call me a bigot.
I'm only telling the truth.
