Dennis Kucinich D-OH, is going after the FCC to try and censure talk radio. Why would a lib who loves "freedom of speech" worry about what Rush, Hannity, or "the great one" Mark Levin have to say? I guess the commies are afraid of the truth, Is this even more liberal hypocrisy?

Kucinich is a rare combo of deceitful and naive. His primary concern is eliminating conservative talk radio because he knows full well that they have an influence on people and their opinions. He also knows that libs can't keep a radio show for more than a year before going bankrupt.

So much for "free speech," right libs?

The Liberal Left hates the likes of Rush Limbaugh, and others, because of the debunked information liberal media puts out over the airwaves. Liberal Media tries to enforce the "bad" press against issues such as fuel prices, the war in the middle east , and firearms. The Right media, debunks all this poor, or ill information by giving out true facts and backing up these facts with other facts and research. The Liberal media wants us to believe that global warming is caused by the use of fossil fuels. But science has proven that this is not true. This is a phenomenon that has occured in the past, and will occure again, (every 50,000 years), but liberal media wants us to believe that this is not so. (Remember, this is only an example). With the upcoming elections here in the US, the liberal media will try to make us believe that the Dems are the best, and make up information to discredit the Republicans and others running against them. Lies and deception are the way of Liberal media. They fear the truth, and they hate it when they are proved to be wrong. This is why they want to create such an assigning "act of fairness," so they will not be proven to be liars and cheats.

First of all, I want to state that I am Canadian so my opinions may not be relevant to you. I tend to lean left on the political spectrum, but I too cannot stand hypocrisy.

Freedom of speech is not absolute (for example, I do not believe that the FCC would condone Rush Limbaugh from actually accusing someone of a crime with no evidence) but it has merits that cannot be censored by someone who simply does not agree with what is said.

You and I might disagree about philosophies, right-wing or left-wing or what have you - but in truth you have the right to speak your opinion as much as I do and someone who says otherwise (particularly a politician) is barking up the wrong tree.

Of course it's more hypocrisy. That's what the Left does best.

They should remember what they tell us when we complain about offensive content on broadcast TV: change the channel.

As far as the concept of demanding equal time is concerned, I guess they don't believe in freedom of expression when it doesn't go their way. Radio stations carry Limbaugh et al because there's a market for it. They don't carry leftist drivel because there isn't. How is Air America doing these days?

I love free speech! That's why I think Rush should take as many pills as he wants before he goes on the air!

The only thing I would be afraid of is that people knew I listened to Rush Limpjaw. That would be really embarrassing.

All media is conservative bias. with the exceptions of PBS, the BBC and NPR.. I never waste time on it. Rush and Hannity are both actors they read a script written for them. The production company that does both shows also does Jerry Springer. I am not at all "afraid of the truth" I do however hate propaganda. Many followed Hitler blindly to their death. Hitler was great at propaganda, A stupid man but great at propaganda, he also killed anyone who spoke against him or his policy's.

I support Rush and and all those other windbags that spew their hate on talk radio. All it does is show Americans what narrow-minded, petty men they are.

What kind of bike is that? I just got a V-Star, first bike...love the damn thing.

Because these guys, Rush, Hannity and the rest routinely lie to their audience.
Don't believe me. The next time someone like Hannity starts spouting statistics, write them down. Then research for yourself the accuracy of those statistics.
Do that, that is, if the truth is something that matters to you.
