I would say Neopets. Neopets has millions of users and has been around a long time and has hundreds of games and many pet types to choose from and find. Also there are updates almost every day!

I definitely prefer club penguin as you can chat there unlike neopets. and you have to play neopets everyday( TO FEED YOUR PETS) which wastes time. Also, neopets is quite passe
