It's mostly because of evaporation. In warm air the water in the bubble evaporates more quickly and the bubble thins out and weakens faster than in cold air..

With the same relative humidity the water evaporates slower because the molecules are moving slower.

the air in the soap buble expands and contracts as the temprature rises and falls.i warm times it expands and blow the bubbles if it is cold the buble keeps floating
