I have heard that when primitive Africans saw a white man get out of an airplane they thought he was god. Is that true.

The native Africans? No. But a tribe of primitive people from New Guinea did, however, believe that the "white men" coming from airplanes were gods. They even contstructed little runways and model airplanes so these "gods" from shiny silver things would return, but I don't believe they did.

No.

Some of the Native Americans (for example, the Aztecs) DID at first mistake the early conquistadors for gods, but that was because in their mythology, some of their gods were white.

Personally, I think you've been watching too much "The Gods Must Be Crazy."

the native africans have been in contact with europeans for a long time. they have been in contact with the egyptians, romans, phoenicians, etc. there is only one documented case which was mentione by another user where this happened. it was an isolated tribe in new guinea who had knowledge of the "white" people, but considered them as ghosts.

Some tribes might have. I mean, you can't just generalize "African natives" as this one culture. Africa is huge, you know.
