i had my period on december 20 last month and im supposed to get it around january 17-20.. ok im freaking out and i might be pregnat.. but is it possible to start taking birth control pills this late and not be pregnat?

you need to take a test before you start the pill if you are pregnant you may damage the baby.
could you live with that? test before you start the pill didnt the doctor explain this to you?

No, if you ARE in fact pregnant, birth control pills will not stop the pregnancy but only harm the baby.

If you are worried about being pregnant then Iwould take a test and if you are that worried that you might be pregnant then I would not start taking the birth control pills.

Birth control pills will not "stop" pregnancy...get a home test, they have them everywhere and they are pretty acurate.

To stop it no if you are already pregant birth control wont help anything now. If you wat something to stop it talk to your dr office or a family planning office, they will be able to help you. Good Luck
