Do you think is it right that little boys and adult people take shower together (no curtains) and stay naked in the same room??
My child's friend (12 yars old) say that sometime some man watch him in "a strange way". I feel like we expose our children in unnecesary risks. Alway we want fight abuse against children, always we fight against naked children's picture, and, we permit this?? You never know wich man can watching your child while he take shower in the gym, and wich idea can come in is mind.

I don't like the idea of stay naked in the same room with my father and my son.
It's disgusting. Anybody know if this happen in every YMCA???

worked in a YMCA for over 20 years and there were separate dressing and shower rooms for the adult and " boys " as this prevented the problems you describe. during the time I was there the only time the men and boys dressed and showered together was during one night a week when we had " family night " and then the boys and men dressed and showered in the same dressing room so the ladies and girls could use the other dressing room.

If not & you are truly concerned you need to report it to the cops & the YMCA management before something disgusting happens!

NOT TRUE in every YMCA. Its not like that in my town.
