I know this may not be the right section to ask, but this is the section I most frequent in Yahoo Answers. What is this new Star rating for people's questions? Did I not get the memo on this one?
I got the memo about putting the new covers on the TPS reports, but must have missed this one.

Evidently the memo was lost in email heaven because I never got it either - I have no idea what this new star thing is all about.
Knowing Yahoo it's just another thing to screw up the entire system or give people violations over.
