Yes, it does. It's cloudy and cold here in Arkansas and I'm bored out of my mind. It's depressing.

Yes it does. In the summer I want the weather to be sunny and hot on the weekends. When I am at work then it can rain. Then in the winter we never get snow only rain, so I am always wishing it would get colder.

Same way in NYC well i'm on vaction right now from work and school so i guess i pick the best weeks to stay home being that the weather is bad
