i have a question, that i have been hopeing someone else would ask, just to see if i was the only one or not, i havent seen it so i will just go a head and ask it. ok in late late oct. i started noticeing that i couldnt hear to well out of my right ear, started getting worryed a bit, but wasnt bad, well i started hearing my heat beat in my ear ALL the time, started to drive me banana's so at my next with with my OB/GYN i asked her about it, seeing if maybe it was pregnancy related, i know that sometimes you get weird things when your pregnant. she said that it wasnt and i needed to go talk to my regular doc, so i made an appointment and seen her, i asked her about it and she said it was one of the tubes in my sineces that was partly clogged from an infection, maybe like a cold i never really cought. she said it will take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks tell it went away, well its jan and i still have it.... i was just curious to see if anyone else had something like this happen while prego.

i also asked her if there was any medicine i could take that would be safe for my baby and she said that it wouldnt help that much anyways.

thanks for the great answers, i havent seen a nose/throat and ear dr but i will deff look into that... i try to ignore it but its so loud and ALL the time its really hard sometimes.... i have never had an ear infection before, at least not that i can remember (maybe when i was a baby or something) but my sineces get all crazy when it changes from fall to winter and then again from spring to summer. thanks so much for the answers though :)

I had the same thing while pregnant and withouth being pregnant, and is only because I had ear infections and perforations on the inside of my hear that usually happen when you had several ear infections or sinnus problems and never really took care of them!!
The reason why you are feeling it while pregnant is because our inmune system is a little weak while pregnant, is a lot easier to get col while you are pregnant, same thing goes with your ear infection, I am currently pregnant (I think On my 7 week) and Have had and ear infection for more than a month, so I know what you are talking about, they gave me some antibiotic that was safe for the baby but only help for a couple of weeks and now we are back at it again!!! so good luck, if you have pain, take one tylenol (the regular kind) every 6 to 4 hours!!
That's what my doctor told me!! and it helps sometimes!!

Iget like ringing in my ears all the time. Have you seen a ear nose throat dr? I think they are better than family drs becuase they know a lot about the ears.

I actually have this a lot when iam pregnant. Not constantly like you're discribing, but if i turn my head just right, or if iam laying down or if its cold and windy...
I just ignore it. lol.
Your nasal passages and everything get so swollen from all the extra blood, i just assumed it was something to do with that.
