Eat when you are hungry. Just eat healthy foods and never over eat. (it takes the body 20 minutes to realize that it is full). Try eating 5 small meals throughout the day with healthy snacks (fruit and veggies) to tie you over.

I was the joke in my house. People would come over to visit and decide they were hungry. Instead of asking me if I too was hungry, they would just hand me the menu. I could always eat and always did. But, I didn't gain that much weight. Only 25 lbs.

Eat smart and you won't have to worry about getting huge. Also your body may be taking in more calories that it needs to supply your ever growing baby with nutrients. Just check your weight regularly and express your concerns with your doctor. He/ she will help you monitor your weight and even help your with meal plans if it becomes a problem. An increased appetite is normal though. keep on truckin

dont worry it is norma to be hungry like that. it is because you baby needs more than the food you are eating is giving. if you dont eat when you are hungry you could give birth to an under weight baby or be anemic or both. you are eating for two now so you will naturaly need more. if you follow your cravings your baby will get more of what she or he needs and you might be hungry less often.

Never, ever, ever diet while pregnant. You haven't been eating much in the past, give yourself a break, your baby has a lot of growing to do now, and probably needs that energy.

Youre pregnant lady. Eat. If you're hungry its because your baby is growing and needs the extra nutrients. As long as you only eat when youre hungry you'll only gain what you body needs you to gain.
