Yes England, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, and Poland, and basically all of Europe.
The same goes for The continent Australia and Northern America's Canada (though canadian's have more French).
And don't forget to count the Russians as whites, part of Russia is in Europe and the bigger part is in the continent Asia.
