I don't get any power for 2 min then all of a sudden it starts. can anyone tell me why? Is it the power supply?

It sound like a hardware problem. i would take it to like best buy and have them take a look at it. it could be that your motherboard is fried. It could be your power supply but, i herd of power supplys being fired cause of playing games on high setting. Rare but it happens if your computer is older. usually your computer turns it self off when its power supply is damage anyway heres a link to help you out.

Its probably a slow computer. Please give more information like the processor, amount of ram, and how old the computer is in general.

run msconfig and remove all the stuff that you don't need at startup, that's what is causing it to boot up so slowly.
