I can only answer this using my personal experience and having been in contact with many people who are receiving fertility treatment so I hope you don't mind. My husband and I (me 28, DH 29) had one free cycle of IVF on the NHS and a subsequent frozen enbryo transfer. Clearly the subject of this question does not call for an opinion on how many embryos should be transferred as this is already regulated by HFEA however I do feel it necessary to point out that having more embryos transferred at the same time does not increase the chances of treatments such as IVF working. Moving on from there - the topic of this question is somewhat contentious however I do not believe that anyone, whether they can conceive naturally or require some assistance should be told how many children they can have. This is a personal choice and there should be no distinction between those who are fertile and those who are not. It is up to the couple in question to decide whether they an cope with another child emotionally and financially and most resposible people will consider this before taking the steps to have subsequent children. Also, money, although it does play a part in raising a child is nost definitely not the be all and end all. The ability to love, care for, guide and encourage any child is far more important (and beneficial for the child) than material things.. As it stands there are regulations in place for people from certain backgrounds (such as those who have abused children etc) and I whole heartedly agree that if someone has previously been found to have abused a child that they should not be assisted in conceiving as there are no guarantees that they would not do it again. Marital status, financial situation or existing family size has no relevance as to whether or not someone should receive fertility treatment. I feel that all to often people make rash judgements or have ignorant opinions about this topic (although I fully appreciate that this is not the case with everyone). I just feel that people should realise that they may know someone very close to them who have had fertility treatment without knowing it and a well though out, educated, informed opinion is far better than some offered on here and other places. u stand a chance of getting something uve wanted for a long time
u'd know u were having the best possible chance of havin a baby
also if u cant have a baby the natural way tryin IVF may not work but u have done all that is possible and mentally u know that not even the docs cud make ur body have children
I have 3 kids naturally and am now sterilzed, but have seen the good side of IVF and the side where it hasnt worked either and u have to take wot life gives u and accept it, also remember life with no kids holds no ties(to a certain degree) and u wud have alot of time to do all the things the rest of us cant do as easily.

I suppose the greatest benefit is that you can do pre-implantation screening of embryos to ensure that, if you're a carrier of certain fatal and genetic disorders like Tay Sachs Syndrome or Cystic Fibrosis that the embryos carrying those genes won't be implanted and, after the heart break of losing one child and fighting infertility, who needs more pain?
The other advantage is that the leftover material from the biopsy of the embryo they do to conduct preimplantation diagnosis can be used to develop a line of stem cells that may be used in the treatment of any spinal injury, parkinsons, cancer, etc, that may develop later.
So, basically, prevention and treatment of disease are two big ones and third is that it gives couples who couldn't otherwise have children, to have them.
That said, normal conception and pregnancy are still more likely to be successful and its certainly easier. None of these benefits are worth having IVF in lieu of natural conception/birth,

IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.
My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/x1x2e
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/a276e

you would have more of a possibility of gaining what you have always wanted,- a baby,
the child will be depend on you, and its a lovely feeling knowing that,
may cause stress levels to go up, but it will be worth it at the end of the day, a little thing that grows inside you can bring so much joy......
