Although you may have declared bankrupt your daughter still needs supporting & as any solicitor will tell you access has got nothing to do maintenance.
Did you actually get it in writing from CSA that your payments were nil or did you just assume they would be. If you informed them a new assessment would have been made but sounds like they've just been taking your old earns into account until they found you.
If you really want your daughter back in your life you should have tried to make payments & maintain contact a long time ago don't be surprised if she tells you to get lost cos after 11 yrs why should she want to know some-one who hasn't even bothered about her

in the event that they have purely contacted you returned in spite of everything this time, then it may purely be that your ex exchange into not claiming any reward. while you're actually not any greater working interior the comparable job you may prepare to have the award regarded at returned, so appeal that. Get some suggestion out of your community CAB and see in the event that they are able that can assist you you in any admire. regrettably the reality which you do not see your daughter won't have an effect on any CSA award. Legally they now ought to contemplate your financial responsibilities, assorted issues have replaced with the CSA considering that 1997, inspite of the reality that they are nonetheless generally incompetent.

Go and see your solicitor, my ex husband owes me a lot of money and the only way the CSA will get involved is if i am unemployed as the DHSS automatically involves them.
They told me once i have a job it is entirely up to me and my ex how or if he pays me any money. I am sure you will find that you will not have to pay all this money if any. Also because the CSA isn't working properly or fairly, at some point they are meant to be changing to something else or stopping all together.like i said above, go see your solicitor and get it sorted out, or go see the CAB,they will tell you whats , what.

I have a similar situation. I have not seen my daughter fo over nine years. I feel that the system is really messed up that will allow a child to be taken away from you and still demand that you pay.

In order for me to try to help you, I need more information. Where did this originate (what state, what country) from. How old is your daughter now and why haven't you got to see her. What was your monthly child support originally. I would be willing to help you with what I know but you need to e-mail me at jerdogg06@netzero.com. I have been against the state before and won but you must have receipts and documents in order for it to be effective. E- mail me if you want to.
