Should I call my doctor for a pregnancy test or is just my cycle is changing

Many things can cause fluctuations in menstrual flow. Changes in eating habits, stress, weight gain or loss, and the list goes on. Don't jump to conclusions too quickly. You can buy an over the counter pregnancy test if you want to rule out pregnancy.
