Try talking to a friend, your pastor, or a marriage counselor. My one suggestions - DO NOT talk to your family. Revealing the bad in your marriage (let's face it you're not going to say positive things about your wife) will stick with them more than the good. You don't want that - it'll only cause more problems in your marriage. Good luck!

Maybe he talks to his best friends or maybe to his brother or sister but most assuredly he talks to someone whom he trusts and who can give him good advice as far as he is concerned. If he is being pushed to his limits so to speak then he usually takes time to assess the situation and then once he makes up his mind he acts accordingly whether it means separation or divorce. Sometimes it could mean a meeting of the minds and an airing of grievances. One of these methods is the thing to do.

He can talk to a total stranger to unload his problems...it helps to relieve the stress. If he is being pushed to the "limits" it is best to vacate for a while before someone gets physical and then there is hell to pay.

Talk with your wife and tell her exactly how you feel. If both of you agree to work on your marriage, go to counseling! If she doesn't want to go, it is time to end the marriage.
