I have p43.0mhz- 800mhz fsb Processor/motherboard support 800mhz FSB and ddr2 800
now i going 2 buy ddr2 ram what is the best ram (ram speed)speed?(DDR2-800/667/533/400)
and if i use ddr2 800 or 533 what is the different?

400 Mhz DDR2 would run syncronous with your FSB since the FSB is quad pumped while DDR2 is only double pumped. (In other words, to get the true speed you have to divide the FSB by four but the RAM by only 2). So any of these will be running faster than the FSB, and the faster they run, the better performance wise. So, the 800 would be the fastest, but most expensive. The 667 is really no more expensive than 533, but is faster. So its really up to you on how much you have to spend. No, the FSB % is how briskly the processor can communicate with the northbridge (which communicates with the reminiscence and video card(s)). The 667 on your RAM is the reminiscence %.
