its a matter of genetics & bounding too
ve'nt u seen them wearing that shoes of very small size ?
its a matter of feminine but every country has its own ways
& if u think u can too make ur hands & feets like GIASHA's think again b/c u need a trainer & its usually done when u r babies
so just forget it & try ur best to look good with what u ve got.

they bind their hands (and feet) when they are little so they dont grow with the rest of their body. suppose to look more feminine with tiny hand n feet.

no idea sorry... but chinese babies in the past had their feet bound so they couldnt grow... to look more feminine
