Rhonda, companies have until January 31 to mail out your W-2.

I worked at goodys too in my home town and haven received mine. I am just going to wait until the 31 and if nothing 2 weeks from that I will worry. But it is illegal for them to withhold w2s and they can get into quite a bit of troublw by the government. I got coorparates office and a special extention and am trying tomorrow. I will keep you posted!

Not yet, and Im waitin on 3 different ones. Well, I take that back, 4. Why do people wait to the last minute to do this??? I had a company who had them but refused to send them out until 1-31! Assholes!

I'm waiting on two and haven't gotten either of them yet. I think by law companies have until the end of January to get them out.
