Do those people really think they have talent or are they just going for a laugh? My husband and I laughed like crazy! And the bush baby? What do you think?

My son said the guy who resembled the bush baby actually resembled the wide eyed creatures on Madagascar! We're gonna move it, move it!!! :)

Ohmigosh! I totally loved it. I was laughing so much and i never knew what a bush baby was, until i googled it. And to my surprise Simon was right on.
I went to the American Idol site, and i saw all the pictures of the contestants, but Bush Baby wasn't there. Wouldn't it be funny to do a compare them side by side.
Am I mean? Oh well, he might get famous like "she bangs, she bangs" guy. SOmething Hung...William Hung. LOL.
If you find a pic of the actual guy somewhere...let me know!

Actually, most of them aren't real. Many of these people are aspiring actors that make a fool of themselves on purpose in order to get discovered.
Look at William Hung. He got a record deal that sold pretty well. After that guy did it, many others had the same idea.
Unfortunately, Idol and many other "reality" TV show are not reality. For example, when the camera focuses on each judge for a saying or an expression, these are usually taped AFTER the contestant leaves the stage. They are often told what to say and what facial expression to use.

It was the funniest yet. Those people really think they can sing! The one who sang Unchained Melody had to be the best along with "bush baby" boy. I never had such a good laugh in ages lol!!

I think it was funny too. I don't know why people try out if they can't sing . Simons right that guy did look like a bush baby.

You could tell that bushbaby and his fat friend had a mental disorder...a slight for of Autism. So to them, yes they were seriously trying out. It wasn't funny because as a therapist, I know they have problems with understanding social norms. For Fox to showcase them for so long, was heartbreaking.

my husband and i couldn't stop laughing either!!! that dorky guy towards the end was suuuuper funny!! especially when they did a remix to that Pussycat Dolls song.
