How do you take someone off of the junk sender's list? I have a vendor that needs to e-mail me, but it keeps going directly to the Junk folder. Any ideas?

I think you need to put the email address into your address book. That should solve it unless you have a 3rd party spam filter in which case you'll need to put the email address into the allow folder.

drag the email in the junk folder into the main inbox or right click on the email and select 'junk email' then 'add to safe senders list'

If you go to the junk email box. Click on the sender that you want to recover. Then click the recover button at the top left corner.

right click on the message in the junk mail folder and select junk mail options. it will give you the option to declare it as not junk.
