Bishop's are very busy. While you may be having boyfriend problems, it's not something the bishop can help you will. He will only tell you to remain chaste. Which is normally what they do.

You might want to find a new boyfriend. Or perhaps talk to your friends and ask their advice on what to do, you could also ask your mother/father for advice.

What is the point of your question? You seem to answer it with your comments on your question. Why would you bother your Bishop with your boyfriend problems? If the boyfriend is a problem, dump him :)

If you think it would make you feel better. More than likely if you are talking about sex, then you defiantly need to.
