Start by taking the time to think about how certain situations make you feel. Try to put a name to them (in your head); does a certain circumstance make you feel: happy, sad, glad to be alive, unhappy, mad? You need to focus on 'communication' here, we all have feelings, we just need to learn how to express them.

Simply talk as you would like to be spoken to. Let your guard down and speak what's in your heart.

Remove fear. Don't be afraid of rejection and judgment and be ready for your words to come back to you with the same strength and power that you send them forth with. What causes you to feel passionately? Begin to talk about that as you think about it. Don't hold back, but be quick to feel and understand and slow to speak. Slow but sincere.
