Democrat
1. Controlling the budget deficit/ balancing the budget(Went out of control under Reagan and Bush Sr. Had balanced budgets under Clinton, now out of control again).
2. Social Programs ( I work with developmentally disabled adults, so this is a big deal to me)
3. Human Rights ( If our government takes away our rights, the terrorists have already won)

1. Strong military
2. Laissez Faire economics (the best government in business is the least government in business).
3. Strict Constructionist Constitutional interpretation (C is not changed by whim of current majority).
