The volume of a cylinder is given by the formula
PiXr^2Xh.
where Pi=3.14
r=radius of the cylinder ,and
h= height of the cylinder
Hence,the volume=3.14X1X1X4
=12.56 ft^3

V = surface of base * height = pi*d^2/4 *h = p *4/4 *4 =4pi cubic feet

Volume(v) = πr²h

h = height (or length)
r is the radius

diameter (d) = 2r

So, plug this in, put your numbers in and voila`....you'll have it.
