Make sure you're using an anti-perspirant deodorant, not just a deodorant. Apart from that there's some stuff called Perspirex, its a roll on that you put on at night then wash off in the morning.. you use it every day for about a week and after that you can use it about three times a week, it works really well! Follow the instructions on the packet and it should be fine! I think you can get it at most pharmacists, costs about £7. Apart from that though, try not to wear too many layers as this might make you hot! Good luck!

Ok, I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I have the exact same problem. Whenever I'd put on an antiperspirant, within an hour or two, it would seemingly be inneffective & would get those embarrassing sweat marks. (ick !) I actually asked my doctor what to do & was told you first get a product called Certain Dri (avalible at any CVS or Walgreens in the regular deoderant section) You put it on first, let it completely dry ,then, after, put on a normal/regular one, like the secret you are using. The box says to put it on at night/before bed, but, as long as you give it enough time to dry before getting dressed & putting the other one on, you'll be fine. Also, as a sidenote, do not put in on right after you shave your underarms, it will sting like heck !

I know someone who had the same problem. No matter what deodorant she used, she would continue to sweat through it, and she was always wet. She was really embarrassed, as well. She went to the doctor, and he had given her a prescription for a special deodorant (available by Rx only.) It was amazing, and it actually worked. After using it for about a year, she was back to normal. It may have been a temporary thing, but the special prescription deodorant was the only thing that helped her.

You should talk to your doctor about it. He/she can help you when the over the counter stuff just does not cut it.

Unfortunately, deodorants only work so well. Make sure the label says ANTI-PERSPIRANT & DEODORANT, instead of just deodorant. The Anti-Perspirant has special ingredients to inhibit your sweating, but it doesn't always work 100%

If you use the clear gel, which I think works well, make sure you let it dry before you put on a shirt - even if you have to stand in front of the fan.

And if I know I'm going to be hot somewhere, I'll wait for the gel to dry and then I'll use an aerosol spray anti-perspirant/deodorant on top of it.

Try Arrid products. They work well.

Try different brands of deodorant. Also make sure they are a anti perspirant. If all fails, buy some underarm guards to wear.

Have you tried anti-persperant? Deoderant alone is often not enough to keep the persperation from going through.

You can get botox shots under your arms to decrease your sweat production. Or just try to dress lighter with more breathable fabrics. Good luck!
