A device you can put on your ear that can translate any language you here into your native tongue. So If I traveled to France, but I don't speak French, I slip that puppy in my ear and BINGO, I can understand French.

"Nanomins" - Nanotechnology nanites packed into a pill, swallowed, enters the blood stream and modifies any cells that are bad. Also checks every aspect of the muscular, cardio, and nervous systems and corrects any errors (modifying DNA if necessary). Dissolves impurities, toxins, and any free radicals it finds.

a Human Shock collar to stop certain people from talking so loudly. If they're voice reaches a certain volume or a tone, electric shocks are released to the body to make them bring their voice down or shut up altogether. Rosie O'Donnell should be the test dummy to try out the product.

I think it would be nice if someone invented something with a big flat erea that gets hot and you could rub it over clothes to flatten them out after washing and such.

Pull them down at night (like you flip your rearview mirror to reduce the light) and retract them during the day so you have full vision.

Windows that can go from clear to black at the turn of a dial.
Then you can let in all the light you want or reduce it to a level thats comfortable. Completly black for privacy.
