No it does not. There are curses going on for generations. But those who curse others should know that a curse is a two sided sword. Thank you for asking such an interesting question.

Theoretically any spell that you cast you must watch out for the reparations that follow. If you cause a person damage it does come back to you three fold. Only earth magic, wicca, or white magic should ever be used, unless you are prepared for the consequences! Peace, love, and joy to you. Usually the only way that a curse is broken is when the caster dies, but there are many exceptions to that rule, voo doo if the caster dies before a curse or hex is lifted then it lasts forever and stays in the family until the bloodline ends.

No. One a spell has been cast it becomes a power unto itself and unless the castor actually makes an effort to stop the spell it will continue to whatever end it was originally cast for. The death of the castor has NO impact on the spell whatsoever.

Most likely not. The energy has been cast out there. Though this person must have cast many a spell to have Karma happen to her with her death. The spell however, only works if it is believed. Surround yourself in white light and call all your guardians in to help you. She cannot pennetrate a non willing soul.

no, but a reason that could have happened is that every thing in the magic world comes back to the caster twice as much

No, because the intention has already been sent.
Think of it like this. You see a star out at night. That star could be long dead, but the light is just now reaching you. Just because the star is dead, doesn't mean you can't see the light NOW, it just means that sooner or later, it'll fade away. :)
Hope this helps!

Once cast, the spell remains. Spells are essentially energy, be they "good" or "bad." Be very careful however, whatever you send comes back to you threefold.

Nope. Once a letter has been dropped in the mail, if the sender dies, does that stop the letter from reaching its destination?

No, because in all cases it's already been cancelled out by something called "reality".

Once it has been cast, it's cast.
