Many ways. You can rip it off with wax... It might be really painful and you'll have to do it about once a month... Good thing is: your hair will grow lighter and you'll have less of it after some times.
The other solution is laser. You can get rid of every hair on your body, all you have to do is go see a dermatologist who performs laser treatment and it's done. It's expensive but at least your hair is gone after a couple of times and you don't have to care about it after.

If you are just tired of shaving, they make a lotion that you can rub on and leave for a few minutes. It will wash the hair right off. You could use nair for women if you cant find it in Mens!

Laser epilation could get rid of it but it will cost a lot of money but still it won't grow back

Look into electrolysis (?). It removes the hair and roots, I think.
