Oh it's easy :)
There are two choices: african DWARF frogs, and african CLAWED frogs.
The former are small and inoffensive; the latter are big brutes.

I don't know how big your tank is, but if it's under 30 gallons, stick with african dwarfs. If you have a larger tank, then by all means get a couple clawed frogs.

Both can be kept in community tanks with other fish, but only fish big enough not to be eaten. Frogs have quite large mouths and will readily eat whatever they can.

Both are meat-eaters, and should be fed a variety of foods like bloodworms, shrimp, cyclops, daphnia, earthworms, etc. They require normal community tank parameters; neutral to med-soft water, 6.5-7.5 pH, 78F temp.

They like to hide, so provide cover for them in the form of plants, caves, rocks, driftwood, etc.

The little African frogs generally sold at WalMart and Pet Smart are very easy to keep and are very entertaining as long as there are no holes or other type escape routes in the top of your tank. We have had one for several months now and we love to watch him. He eats regular flake fish food. As far as goldfish, my past experience w/them shows them to be fairly nasty, messy fish. Other fish don't make so much mess. But be sure to keep calm, non-aggressive fish with your frog because his little feet look dedlicious to some fish.
