You don't need a role model to develop ambition honey. You just need to find something that you like to do and set your goals around it. Trying to reach that goal will give you the ambition and determination you are seeking.

you really can't, ambition is is developed by setting goals, or wanting to become as good as or better than your role model. If you don't have any role models or aims in life, McDonalds is always hiring. You need to have a "give a s*** factor." Without one, you have no direction

Don't know - it must come from within you - your heart. I grew up w/no role models (except media, movies, etc.) and I seem to be doing ok. My son (15) has more role models than most boys, a wonderful Dad, good people all around him & he is choosing to fail out of school & we can't get him motivated to do anything! So, if you get it figured out, let me know. please.
