It will take time, but you are on the right track.

To tone and slim, you need to do HIGH REPS at LOW WEIGHT. To bulk up, you do low reps at high weight until you hit your fatigue limit.

As long as you are doing LOTS OF REPS, at low weights, you will slim and tone. The cardio will also help you burn fat, and let those lean muscles show through. Just stick with it. How about throwing in a Friday or Saturday for your legs as well? You don't want to focus just on your upper body, toning your legs will help make your cardio workouts more effective. Besides, taking 3 days off of working out isn't helpful either... you need to keep moving during the weekend as well.

its take months until you see dramatic results. nothing happens that fast.

you should try workin the larger muscles then move to the smaller ones. less stress on your body.

and no coffee. coffee will ruin your diet and will cause it to go unbalanced.
