checkpoints? well we all have milestones-----like graduating from college---career milestones---marriage--kids etc... the important thing, at least for me is am I following my dreams and am I giving life my best-----i am 44 now and been married 20 yrs with 3 kids---I am in the process of a career transition and i feel pretty good about where I am in life now. hope this helps
