anybody know any good sleeping techniques to cure insomnia?

1. leave a window open about 1" to prevent the room from being overheated.
2. watch a tv show, video, etc. to relax yourself.
3. read a good book until you get tired.
4. have sex (solo or partnered) to release pent uo stress and anxiety.
5. meditate, paying close attention to every beath you take.

if all else fails, there are non-addictive sleeping pills that could help you to overcome this pattern of insomnia. it's an awful burden.

Try the following ...

- Drink warm milk before bed

- Read something really dull and boring as you're lying in bed

- Jack off

One of those is sure to work.

no caffeine
no booze
no nicotine
no food
no exercise
......2 hours before bed
go to bed at the same time every night
get up at the same time every morning
no TV in the bedroom
do not read while in bed
bedroom should be used for sleep and sex only
if you are in bed and can not fall asleep go to another room

you need to train your body to sleep in the bedroom unless you want to be on sleep meds

hot shower/bath. Lots of lavander, warm milk. excersise.
