I think that none payment of the BBC license fee should be made a none criminal case so that BBC would have to sue you for none payment, just like any other concern or business has to. OK, you get blacklisted but you don,t have a criminal record hanging over your head. I also think BBC should operate on a pay as you view basis, that way you can opt to not view. As it is we have to pay whether we view or not which is morally wrong. My local shopkeeper does not stop me when I pass his shop, demanding money for items I may have bought, likewise the BBC should not make demands for money for viewing I may do.

Yeah they should. BBC can be very idiotic, especially with the amount of tripe they put on. Gosh the things that some people get paid for.
