Tea Tree Oil is amazing stuff. It is like a first aid kit in a bottle.
You can get it at most health food stores.

Try a beauty supply house. Tea tree oil is commonly used as a topical anesthetic by nail technicians.
You can also look at health food stores, and also larger grocery stores with an expanded health & beauty/pharmacy department, like Walmart or Target.

The Body Shop actually sells tea tree oil acne products so I'd go with tea tree oil.

I would only buy it from a healthfood store. I've tried some from beauty supplies and drugstores and they were very poor quality diluted with mineral oil
