I would use the duct tape to secure the rope to the folding chair, and also to tape the pirate's hands behind his back. I would then rig a catapult out of the duct taped rope and chair and practice my catapulting skills, using the pirate as my target.....

Cat would duct tape the Pirate's mouth so he can't go YARRRR all the time; then she would eet the KFC bowl foods, play with the rope and go to sleep in the chair.

well I would tie Cap'n jack the pirate up wth the rope to the folding chair. then I would feed him the KFC bowl and afterwards duct tape his mouth shut. then with the KFC empty bowl, I would clean it out and thats what cap'n jack could use to go to the bathroom.
was that creative enough?
