Just let her know straight up how you're feeling. It would be a little unfair to both you and her if you didn't say anything. You owe it to the friendship and yourself to be open with her without putting any pressure on her to return the feelings. That said, you could just let her know how cool you think she is, and not place too many labels or categories on your feelings. Also, you don't know how she feels about you--you say as far as you can tell. Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised to find out that she's thinking the same thing about you but doesn't want to mess up the friendship.
Long and short of it: you owe it to yourself and the friendship to be open about your feelings. But don't try to pigeon hole the emotions into boyfriend/girlfriend or just friend categories. Let it all unfold as it will, without putting judgments and claims on wherever the feelings lead.
Good luck

If you like to take the risk then just be aggressive and tell her how you feel. Write her a letter. Girls love little details like that. A love poem that kind of describes your feelings towards her will be great. It can be alot of fun but relationships at work are not recommended because if it doesn't work out you will feel weird around her. It will be weird going to work everyday knowing you will have to run into her and it will be awkward for both of you. I think you should keep it friendly. Any ways have fun and be happy she could just be the one for you.

4 months is kind of short, why don't you WAIT? Give it more times, it will help you to learn more about her, even she will learn more about you, too. Try give a little hints to her that you kind like her but not too much because it might freak her out. Just be friends with her, be there for her, chat with her like friends do. Once a year pass then its time for you to tell her the truth, it might shock her and ask her out, it won't hurt you to ask. good luck.

If she seems flirtatious with you and it seems she like you too then you should tell her. who cares if it is only been four months you shouldn't force a relationship either direction. I like the idea of the yes or no email its cute and it won't put you in an awkward situation.

Tell her how you feel. However, have it made up in you mind that she does have a right to say no and if you are really her friend you have to accept that and be able to move on as if it never happened or you will lose her as a friend and it will be all your fault.

You tell her at a good time and be honest with her. If she doesn't want to be friends with you after this, then she has the problem not you.

Send her an email but make it cute like when you were in grade school. Do you like me yes, no, maybe and tell her to reply no matter what and you will only respect her with whatever she picks.
