It depends. At Black's Beach, there is a straight area (the south part) and gay (the north). It's bad form to stare at the girls, in the gay part, it's different, stares and erections are not usually frowned upon. Those boys can be bad, let me tell you.

It is VERY bad etiquette to come down in your street clothes and walk back and forth in front of a woman and pretend you are looking at the cliffs..In fact wearing clothes at a nude beach and looking at naked people is sooo rude. Be bold get naked and you fit right in..wear clothes and you are saying "I don't mind looking at these perverted people but I am not one myself.." It is the opposite...

Yes.
Don't stare. Don't take pictures without permission. Don't be pushy. It is considered bad form for a guy to sport an erection, if it happens use a towel to cover or otherwise be discreet.
Probably the most important rule is be discreet.
