my iPod froze...what should i do?

it won't restart when i press and hold the center circle. when i connect it to my computer, neither itunes or my ipod recognize each other. what should i do? i just bought this ipod like a month ago!

flip the hold swith to on the off then hold the center and menu button for about 6 seconds.

there should be a little reset button on the back you may need to press it in with a pen or a toothpick but if you leave it on frozen it will break it it happened to my friends so look for a reset button its really tiny so look hard
