Double-double is when you tally up double-figure statistics in two out of 5 categories: points, rebounds (off & defensive), assists, blocks, and steals.
Triple-double is the same, except when you get double-digits in three of those categories.

a double double is like 12 points and 10 rebs. a triple double is like 18 points,13 rebounds,11 assists. so it's just 10 or more in 2 or 3 categories.

For example:
22 rebounds, 10 steals = double-double
