Both players are great in their own position!

Both players are clearly on the downside of their careers. Beckham is trying to look like he can still play, so he's going somewhere that the competition isn't as good. Ronaldo is just too far removed from the 2002 World Cup, which was the only real highlight for his career.

He might be the best in the position he holds, Mastroeni is a better defender, Donovan is a better striker and so on but Becks is best at free kicks, so to each his own.
Ronaldo should retire or come to the US, he is going to get hurt by mad players in Italy.
