My friend fears buttons. I fear cotton wool - both pretty idiotic!
I also fear Cesar G ever answering one of my questions! A fear that is not idiotic and completely understandable!

Alektorophobia- Fear of chickens!
Dutchphobia- Fear of the Dutch!!
Dextrophobia- Fear of objects at the right side of the body.
Levophobia- Fear of things to the left side of the body.
Geniophobia- Fear of chins!
I have 2 phobias... one is fire and extreme heat which is logical and people can understand that one.... the other is clowns! Yes clowns! DO you know how many times friends have bought me clown things just to freak me out! Its not even funny anymore!!

Water, OK maybe not idiotic to some people, by a neighbour of ours has a fear of water, but has a bath every night and drinks tea till its coming out of his ears, is it me or am I missing something about his supposed fear.

A fear of wrists and hands.
Worse still, it was my own fear for about 15 years!
(Think of those movies where the disembodied hand / arm takes on a life of it's own!)

Everyone has fears, so it is sort of mean to classify any of them as idiotic, BUT I have to say that I think Billy Bob Thornton admitted that he had a fear of antiques. That is so weird!!!

I've heard that there's an actual phobia in which you fear getting peanut butter stuck on the roof of your mouth. I forget what it's called, though.

I have a fear of balloons, everyone makes fun of me. But I can't help it. Noone can understand and neither can I of why I am scared of Balloons.!

On the Maury Show there was some girl that has a petrifying fear of pickles.......not that I watch that show or anything!
