Yes, it has. Back in 2000, I voted for Bush because I thought he'd be the best man for the US presidency. By 2004, I realized I was wrong. I used to be completely for Pres. Bush. Now, I can't wait until 2008 when he can't run for office again.

At one time I was pro-choice. I stumbled on a political pro-life website hosted by a Libertarian. Since I knew I was right, I clicked away. When I left the site, I was pro-life.

Being an atheist at the time, I was curious if I was alone. Nat Henthoff and some prominent bio-ethicists made me realize that i was not alone. You could be a non-believer and still be pro-life.

In the ensuing years, I am no longer an atheists, FWIW.

Tons of times. I'm a peron who flies by the seat of her pants via instinct alone. Most of the time, it somehow manages to work out alright, but there are some instances where I wish I would have checked it over with my brain before I let something fly out of my mouth. A few minutes of that thought process would have saved some very embarrassing moments in my life.
