yes, I am able to do that. I did that with all my exes, some friends and even my grandma... it was the best thing I ever did

Of course we can remove toxic people and relationships from our lives. It's just not easy, because sometimes we love those people and relationships, and we get stuck in the cycle of "They'll change" or "They're just hurting, and I have to understand".....We treat others much better than we treat ourselves, sometimes and that will hurt us in the long run.
Sometimes you just have to start with a completely new slate. Even if it's family members, you've got to be willing to cut them loose so that you can be healthy and happy. We're born into one family, but we are privileged to be able to choose who will be in our family.....

It takes me to a breaking point most of the time, but yes I can remove those people and things from my life....I'm about to remove a toxic job actually..... ;)

Delete from favourites
Block user...
Block e-mails and IM's
or as I do just plain ignore the ones that upset you...
If they are paying attention to you...
especially in a negative way..
They are immaturely jealous of you...and your straights and popularity's...
