I wrote a poem, sixteen days latter, i took a book out from a library, after thumbing through the pages , i stoped at the one with a particular picture and a story explaining the picture. i recognized the story from the poem i wrote as describing the same event and i paired them up, without prier knowledge of the event of an ancient time and people.

Hey Conway,

Interesting story. The event you wrote a poem for, your subconscious looked for in the library. Now, if the poem you wrote was in print at that story, that would be weird. However, things that we imagine frequently show up because we are paying attention. I never noticed so many jeeps on the road, until I drove one myself, for example.

History repeats, things that are happening to people today, happened to people thousands of years ago. Happy, sad, tragedy, all these are events of the human condition, and bound to repeat.

You asked for my explanation of this, so no reference.

your publisher did all the work in record time (sixteen days to publish and get on to a bookshelfin a library!), or you should get ready to be sued for plagiarism if you ever submit it as your poem!

Do you want the cynic's explanation or the supernaturalist?
Cynics, you read the book years ago and forgot and you dregged up the memory from your subconsious mind.
supernaturalist? you remember the incident from a past life.

You pick which explanation you like best, I like them both personally.

There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in your philosophy (Hamlet).

Shakespeare was so right, there are so many things that we cannot explain, that are beyond our limited scope of comprehension.

It's very hard to be original nowadays. Many things we "invent" or "think about it first" are already "history".

Don't be discouraged, keep on trying!
