it will work. just as along as you and your partner make it work and not worry about what everyone else thinks. for example, look at Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. they have a good relationship. I have a friend i have known since elementary. he is 26 and married to an older woman in her 30s. she has two kids from a previos relationship, one twelve and the other is seventeen.

Of course it could work sweetie. Age is nothing but a number, nothing more. If two people are compatible and meant for each other then that's all that matters. My boyfriend is 6 years older than me, and I'm 26. He's actually younger than a lot of guys I have dated in the past. I like my men older, and I see nothing wrong with it. It can definitely work, and it will if you want it to.

I think that it could work I think that age is only a number. It is how you feel on the inside and I am 25 years old and I have a 8 year old a 4 year old a 2 year old and a 7mo. old and my hubby is 25 as well so age is only a number.

well, if you have 4 year old daughter together, it obviously has been working, and can continue to do so, as long as neither one of you get caught in the numbers instead of being caught up in love. I'm 24, and my boyfriend is 44. He has a 16 year old son who lives with us, and it's working very well!

Age is just a number.... I am 22 and my bf is 29...exactly the same age difference as yours but its more of how you click with each other.... and to me the guy has to be matured enough to handle me or else i'd find that a total turn off. With two children in tow, am confident it will work out..... you both just have to work towards it. All the best!

Sure it can. Thats not a big gap in age. When age counts is when one person is more mature than the other to the point that it causes conflict. I am 5 years older (with 4 kids between the two of us) than my Boyfriend and we have a very loving relationship. Its how you communicate not your age. Best wishes to you and your families.

Like Aaliyah used to say " Age is Nothing but a Number" , Im 23 and my fiancee is going on 31, as long as you have communication and he treats you good than he's a keeper.

of course it could work! There are so many people with a marraige of a bigger difference than yours, like Celine Dion. It doesn't matter how old u r...as long as u guys like each other enough. it will be akward at first, but get past that and u guys will be just fine.

Only when you are in your teens and dating someone way older than you, otherwise no.
I'm 4 years older than my husband, and it's worked out great for the last 30 years. When we started dating, he was more mature than the guys my age or older.

age doesn't matter. i am 23 and my fiance is 48. we love each other very much. we have been together for 6 years and are getting married this summer. he wants to adopt my son. his kids are older than me and we get along great. and yes it could work as long as you know that a relationship takes a lot of dedication and hard work.
